Quality Control

Our state of the art Inspection Department features: laser micrometers, surface testers, tensile testers, dial indicators, verniers, micrometers, and computerized SPC equipment to assure consistent, high quality results on every job.

 

Packaging

Our Shipping Department uses customized packaging to assure your product is not damaged in transit. Wood boxes are built for all bars to exact dimensions. Our cardboard cartons on skids are double wall thick. Every coil is divided by cardboard in both our skids and drums to keep the material from being scratched and shifting in transit.

 

Bar Coding and Labeling

All of our material is labeled with complete order information including material certification. Custom bar coded labels are available upon request.
